Tom lives in a house where they don't give him anything, they don't feed him and they haven't vaccinated him.
We were able to fight for him and give him some food and vaccinate him. Unfortunately the owners did not give us permission to sterilize him, so unfortunately this is one of those cases there is not much we can do about it
